I also use convatec products but am not familiar with M9….I use a product called Just a Drop which I find has a strong and pleasant scent….you can get this on the medical card.
If you don’t have any luck with this product I would suggest you ask your stoma nurse.
I found this interesting bit of information on Google
Legal Status in Ireland
While these cards are extremely helpful for discreetly communicating your condition to staff, they currently rely entirely on the goodwill of business owners. However, the Equal Status (Access to Toilet Facilities) Bill 2026 was introduced to the Dáil. This legislation aims to make “No Wait Cards” legally binding, requiring retail establishments and businesses with staff toilets to provide access to cardholders in urgent situations.in reply to: List Good Youtube Channels #13335Mr ColitisCrohns Youtube channel 1.58m subscribers

in reply to: Struggling to access the help I need in my area. #13164What ever stoma supply company you are with, contact them to tell their stoma nurse to call to you. She will be able to help you.
Normally its the disabled toilet that is used.
These normally come from the stoma supply companies. If you talk to your local stoma nurse, they will be able to help you.
As much as I know its just local groups now in Ireland.
We are trying to get a list of all the current support groups in Ireland.
